Saddle Up for a Weekend of Service and Fun with Friends of Camp as we get the ranch ready for an amazing summer!
Join Friends of Camp June 19–21, 2026 for a weekend of service, fun, and fellowship in the great outdoors. Help move rocks, assist with trail work, clear brush, care for cabins, and tackle hands-on projects in the morning. Enjoy camp activities, hiking, ball games, and the beauty of the mountains in the afternoon!
Come on your own, with family, your youth group, or a group of friends. Volunteers of all ages and skill levels are welcome. Skilled hands in carpentry, painting, or other trades are encouraged to share their gifts in service.
Evenings include campfire, devotions, and s’mores, and the weekend wraps up with song, prayer, and fellowship. Come out to our first-ever Shoshone Creek Ranch Volunteer Weekend to serve, play, and make a difference!
What to Expect
Arrive Friday evening to settle in, meet fellow volunteers, and enjoy the horse ranch scenery along the creek. On Saturday, serve from breakfast until 3pm with hands-on projects such as landscaping, fence repair, cabin refreshes, and more. After work, enjoy adventurous camp activities or relax with a view of the mountains.
Friday and Saturday evenings include camp fire and devotion time with s’mores—a camp necessity! Sunday wraps up with a time of worship.
Flexible Ways to Serve & Support Camp
Come Saturday just for the day, for just Friday or Saturday night, or for the whole weekend (Friday evening through Sunday morning). Can’t make it that weekend but still love to serve camp? Let us know at volunteer@lutherhaven.com! Camp can always use your help.
