Supporting staff with routine product rotations to keep our inventory fresh. This involves rolling carts and placing product on the floor and pulling items.Assist in collecting and categorizing donations.Enhance our customer service by warmly greeting and assisting shoppers.Apply your expertise in categories like home goods, clothing, shoes, accessories, or books to assist with pricing.Ensure the store’s shelves and racks are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.

We’re seeking a dedicated and organized individual who is enthusiastic about making a difference through clothing sorting and baling. If you have an eye for detail, enjoy working behind the scenes, and are passionate about sustainability, this role is perfect for you.

You will be...

Are detail-oriented and can efficiently sort and categorize clothing items that are store quality from rags. Have a knack for organization and can handle and prepare items for baling. Possess a positive attitude and are committed to supporting our mission through hands-on tasks. Enjoy teamwork and are ready to contribute to a collaborative environment.Have a commitment to sustainability, ensuring that clothing is managed responsibly and effectively.

Our Community/Public Service can only be completed at the Boise or Post Falls Warehouse, not at any store location.

Our court-ordered community service program operates out of our warehouse in Post Falls at 6240 E Commerce Loop.

Our program runs Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5pm. We offer two start times: 8:30am and 1pm.

To be approved:

Volunteers are required to practice good hygiene (frequent hand washing and/or sanitizing of work area).You are required to complete the application. From there, you will receive a couple of additional forms. If you're approved, you will be added to the calendar. Approval takes up to 5 business days.

If you are personable and have an eye for detail. You value organization and enjoy helping your team succeed. You thrive in an office environment, doing project-based work.

Your day may look like...

Print materials, prepare flyers, bundle store inventory, mailing, set up coupons, merchandise tags, etc. (All instructions will be provided for printing, with staff support)General Administrative Support; general experience with MS Word and MS Excel is a plusSpecial projects/tasks as assigned by team, such as archiving old information and files, organizing office supply spaceAnswer phones as needed
