At The Literacy Project of North Idaho, our mission is clear: we partner with adults in our community to help them build the literacy skills they need to thrive. Whether it’s reading, writing, speaking English, or using digital tools, we believe every adult deserves the opportunity to become self-sufficient and fully engaged, as parents, workers, neighbors, and lifelong learners.

The Literacy Project of North Idaho is a nonprofit volunteer organization dedicated to empowering adult learners by providing resources and support to improve basic literacy, English language skills, workforce readiness, and family literacy development.
