Who We Are
We are a nonprofit who increases the availability and affordability of housing in Kootenai county by facilitating homesharing arrangements.
What We Do
We work to ensure North Idaho culture is preserved by increasing local worker housing in the face of ever-increasing market rates, deficient availability, and ever decreasing work force. We do all this without new infrastructure but sourcing turnkey community assets that are mutually beneficial for Home Seeker and Provider.
