The American Legion is a steadfast advocate for the unique needs of veterans, service members, and their families, ensuring that those who have served our nation receive the care and support they deserve. We are deeply committed to destigmatizing mental health challenges and expanding access to vital peer-to-peer resources.

Post 143 in Post Falls offers a range of programs and events to Veterans, their families and the community to support and connect individuals. These include recreational sports programs, educational programs, affiliated groups and community-building events that foster camaraderie and provide opportunities for Veterans and their families and the community to engage with one another.
