Office Receptionist

American Legion Post 143 is looking for a friendly, organized volunteer to support our Front Office. This role is often the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping create a warm, welcoming experience for veterans, members, and community guests.

If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and providing helpful support behind the scenes, this is a great way to make a meaningful difference.

Volunteer Responsibilities May Include:

• Answering phone calls and directing inquiries
• Greeting visitors and helping them find the right person or resource
• Performing basic computer and data entry tasks
• Assisting with simple administrative and clerical duties
• Keeping the office area organized and welcoming
