Nestled in the heart of the Coeur d’Alene Mountains along the North Fork of the Coeur d’Alene River, the Stateline Trail stretches from Lost Creek Campground to the Montana border. We’ll be car camping at Lost Creek Dispersed Campground, which has a toilet, while clearing logs along this beautiful ridge trail up to Taylor Saddle. You are welcome to come for just one day as well and not camp. The trail was recently maintained by the Forest Service, ensuring regular upkeep. On day one, we’ll drive to the top of the mountain, work our way down, and shuttle back to camp in the evening. On day two, we’ll hike up from the campground, finishing what we can before hiking back to our cars and heading home. Project information is subject to change. Crew leaders will communicate via email. Failure to respond to your crew leader may result in being dropped from the project. See our FAQs, reach out to your crew leader, or contact ITA staff at trails@idahotrailsassociation.org if you have questions.
